As I've said countless times before in my posts, I was born in South Africa but immigrated to Australia at the young age of six. So taking this into account it's no wonder I'm having a hard time deciding whether posting a "Fourth Of July" DIY is fun... or slightly odd.
It's also true that I've never even seen America so it's not surprising that most of what I know about it comes from the movies. Ignorance isn't always bliss, am I right?
Non the less I feel like I have a special bond with America since I have an amazing group of friends that love to call it home. I've always felt that whatever is important to my friends is important to me also, so I thought... Why not?
What You'll Need
1 Silver 8mm Pad Adjustable Flat Ring
1cm White Button
1.5cm Red Button
2.5cm Blue Button
Glue Gun
Tutorial:
Step 1~ Start of by gathering all your supplies together.
Step 2~ Heat up your glue gun. Once it's warm, place a small dot of hot glue on the flat part of your silver ring and place your blue button on it.
Step 3~ Taking your glue gun again place a small dot of hot glue right in the middle of the big blue button and place your red button on it. Then last but not least place a small dot of glue in the middle of the red button and place your white button on it.
Once the glue is done drying you can slip your new ring on and enjoy celebrating the Fourth Of July!
If you did make this ring, please post a photo of it too my Facebook Page I'd love to see it :)
Have a lovely day crafting everyone!
